Features
- The mainframe base and printing slide are made of sand casting, which provides stability and strength. The internal structure uses a precision linear guide rod as the operational foundation.
- The tampo pad is driven by servo motors (for both up/down and front/back motion).
- The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) provides intuitive and user-friendly settings for the operator.
- The heating module uses built-in heating elements within the aluminum base. Temperature is controlled via a digital display.
- A paper winding mechanism is equipped. When the paper reaches the preset point (electric eye positioning), it automatically drops onto the substrate. Paper feed length is adjustable.
- The tampo pad can be manually adjusted front/back and left/right. The height of the fixture and work table is also manually adjustable.
