    Product Introduction
    • Automatic connection design, automatic printing production line composition by 3 sections

    • 100 sets of memory modules can be named individually and quickly called out to facilitate standardized management of different processes
    1.  Automatic loading and unloading by Cassette.
    2.  Cassette with Fork loading → CCD Alignment → High Precision Screen Printing → Substrate back to Cassette
    3.  Drying can be Teflon belt conviction oven with IR or hot air. Cassette oven with hot air dry.
    4.  Servo motor control is adopted for the alignment table. With high resolution CCD alignment system, the printing accuracy can be assured.
    5.  Equipped with automatic squeegee level control, easy to operate. (option)
    6.  Squeegee & Flooding bar digital constant pressure system, can set the printing pressure individually on the man-machine interface
    7.  100 sets receipe can be named individually and quickly recalled to facilitate standardized management of different processes
    8.  Screen frame can be pulled out for cleaning during process, frame position can be assured after pulled in. (option)
