    1. Equipped with large closed automatic loading escalators, it can store a large volume of caps and feed the correct number of caps into the Vibrator.
    2. Vibrator can choose the right side of the caps, the correct side will be blown towards feeding otherwise they will be rejected back into the vibrator again.
    3. Automatic feeding system is composed of aluminum and stainless steel, monitoring the conditions of feeding tracks, it will stop feeding when it is full, or start feeding when it is insufficient.
    4. Flame treatment is a standard option, Aim to increase the adhesion of the ink by cap surface flame treatment.
    5. All-new design high speed flexo printing head, simple stainless steel inkwell can easily be operated, and reduce the ink consumption.
    6. Individual UV curing system is installed at specific position, it has automatic temperature control and ventilation system.
