Unwind – Edge Positioning Control (EPC) – Screen Printing – Dryer (Optional UV, IR, hot air) – Rewind.
◎Controlled by tune bar to prevent the substrate from scratches.

• Unwind and Rewind System: Driven by servo motor to ensure rewinding/ unwinding moving process and tension control.
• Loading/ Unloading of the film is integrated with EPC for positioning reassurance.
• Screen Printing: The pressure of squeegee and flood coater is servo motor controlled.
• The pressure can be easily adjusted from the touch panel.
